How to make a transfer

Through the offices of participating banks

To send a money transfer through the Leader in the offices of participating banks you need:
  • present the ID to the operator (passport, foreign passport, a temporary certificate, issued by the Internal Affairs office, etc.);
  • To present your Client card (if available);
  • Tell to the operator the transaction country destination. The money transfer can be received at any LEADER location in the country of destination if you specify the exact address;
  • Tell a Beneficiary's full name;
  • You can take advantage of free additional services;
  • You will need to have an amount of a cash payment and the extra amount of commission according to LEADER system tariffs;
  • To sign a transaction application, prepared by a LEADER operator;
  • Get a transfer card with a transaction control number (TCN);
  • Inform the recipient of a transfer about the control number (TCN), the amount of transfer and the address of a LEADER location in which he can receive the money, if necessary.

Transaction can be given out within a few seconds.

You get free services then you make a transfer: SMS and e-mail confirmation. Simply specify Beneficiary and your mobile phone number or e-mail address and we will inform Beneficiary and you about the payment.

Through the self-service terminals

To make a money transfer through the LEADER self-service terminals you will need:

  • Enter into the terminals the Client Card number or scroll a bar code which is located on the back of the card;
  • Select the Beneficiary;
  • Put money into the terminal slot;
  • Confirm the transfer
  • Tell the Transaction Control Number TCN to the Beneficiary (listed on the receipt)

That's it! A few moments later the money will be already given out to the Recipient.
