April – The beginning of Leader

LEADER system introduces a new service for clients – money transfers in favor of companies. Clients have the opportunity to pay for services of more than one hundred mobile and satellite operators, Internet, phone, IP-phone providers and many others.
On November, 30 2005 the National Bank of Ukraine has registered Money Transfer System Leader according to the National Bank of Ukraine Regulations «The order for registration of Agreements on memberships or participation in International Payment Systems (approved by the NBU Board from 15.04.2005 № 131).

For residents of Russia was opened a free call telephone line 8 800 333 4444, with a free calls from everywere in Russia.
On October 19, 2006 LEADER System was awarded a "Best Payment System of Northwestern Federal District" diploma for servicing the People's Republic of China small and medium-sized businesses.
On October, 19 in Beijing at the North-West Federal District presentation, headed by Ilya Klebanov, Russian Federation Presidential Authority in the Northwest, during his presentation of the Northwestern Federal District awarded winning companies for the North-West of Russian Federation competition and became the best companies to work with China. Among them was the International Money Transfer System LEADER.
Was created the Money Transfer Systems International Union. On October, 9, 2006 International Money Transfers system LEADER and Finance and Credit Bank (Ukraine, Kiev), representing the Money Transfer System "Avers" announced the establishment of the International Money Transfers Union on the Interfax-Ukraine (Kiev) press conference.
Leader System was a founder of an annual award, "Leader 2006", which is awarded to the most active banks, system partners, which provide a high quality customer service that meets the highest requirements. The first awards were given to Ukrainian and Moldavian banks.

Money transfer system LEADER launched the joint project in cooperation with Moscow traffic police internal affairs – ON-LINE payments allowing receiving traffic police payments on-line.

NCO JSC LEADER becomes a member of the Russian National Association of SWIFT (SWIFT).

Utility payments services in favor of the home owners association through self-service terminals with use of LEADER system processing were implemented
